It drives me crazy!
We're so lucky we don't have to deal with patching or drops! At least for now. :)jennoharahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15450056329789727278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4641518796258733974.post-10407946211141638592010-03-25T17:53:06.121-07:002010-03-25T17:53:06.121-07:00Charlie won't wear sunglasses either. Maybe if you guys had a special shopping trip to buy a pair of "princess" glasses or whatever she's into?Katyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02189007616883663434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4641518796258733974.post-88567487102035609032010-03-25T16:05:17.784-07:002010-03-25T16:05:17.784-07:00Hey, I've been following your sweet blog for a...Hey, I've been following your sweet blog for a while now. :) I myself have Amblyopia. I'm nearly 20 now, and mine was caught early just like Oia's (by the way, her name is darling) and I wore a patch for quite a while when I was little. My mom said that making it a game helped me be more cooperative about keeping it on, because I didn't like it. At all. Good luck! :)livehappy08https://www.blogger.com/profile/00509742495554517077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4641518796258733974.post-67360704877478633752010-03-25T10:49:51.092-07:002010-03-25T10:49:51.092-07:00It might depend on what type of eye exam they want...It might depend on what type of eye exam they want to do and how old she is. I was able to be tested for things like color blindness at a younger age than field vision loss. I was probably 10 or 12 when we found out I had feild vision loss (I can't see straight down unless I'm actually looking down). So try and stay positive. Things will come along when they're meant to. None of this is a sprint it's a marathon.

PS. I hope you got my email yesterday....Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11487929409620456161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4641518796258733974.post-4003222528537901792010-03-25T05:47:54.005-07:002010-03-25T05:47:54.005-07:00Good luck with the patching. So, we have to buy the patches and then try to come up with something that will keep her interest away from the patch. Yeah right. It is so frustrating! The Henryshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17878410407082384985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4641518796258733974.post-50577342330304591862010-03-25T05:15:16.943-07:002010-03-25T05:15:16.943-07:00Aww, Mo! LOL! Do you feel like you are boxed in a corner? I sure do, sometimes with this concern. Will keep my fingers crossed for Oia and for you!Candacehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04201448627487443779noreply@blogger.com
