Happiness is...
when you take your little girl to preschool, help her to her table, watch as she tries to pull out her own chair, then look up at you before sitting down to smile bravely and say "bye-bye".
I love how brave she is. She really is srong enough to handle it all. And so, so, so, much better for you than tears and recriminations. I made my husband do day care drop offs with just Claire for an entire year because I couldn't do it without crying. I'm a little stronger now.
