Happiness is...

knowing our little girl has had a good day AND a good laugh.

I figured I'd go back some posts to before I started reading your blog, and OH MY GOSH. You could sell that laugh to a doll company! Make an Oia doll! Who wouln't want one? I'm first in line :D

Below are Oia's medical 'cliff notes':

Intermittent esotropia; fitted for glasses - 4 mo. old

Originally diagnosed as a Spastic Quadriplegic with Cerebral Palsy secondary to intrauterine stroke - 7 mo. old

Microcephalic with a thin, but present corpus callosum - 7 mo. old

Epileptic (though no seizures have been recorded to date) - 7 mo. old

Original diagnosis found incorrect - 2 yrs old, updated diagnosis is Cerebral Palsy secondary to Schizencephaly (not intrauterine stroke) and more hemiplegia (right sided weakness) than spastic quad

Right eye Strabismus surgery, 2 muscles - Feb. 2010 2 1/2 yrs old

Percutaneous Medial Hamstring Release and Tendon Achilles Lengthening - June 2011, 3 yrs 10 mos old

Childhood Apraxia of Speech
